Some of the strongest therapeutic moments have nothing to do with having the “right” answer.
They come from honesty, attunement, and the courage to stay in the room with uncertainty.
If I was starting from day zero, I’d trust that so much sooner.

And I’d also find a supervisor I could be fully vulnerable with. Someone I could admit mistakes to, process the messy parts with, and actually learn and grow alongside.

Because confidence isn’t built in perfection… it’s built in safe supervision.
