a lil guide to the classes we offer:
express - a 35 minute spin class, with a focus on endurance and high intensity interval style training. we don't *always* have weights this class.
spin & weights - a 50 minute spin class, with periods of rest followed by periods of hard work. we do have at least one dedicated weight track in this class.
barre - a full body, on the mat workout. we target all major muscle groups - legs, arms, core - and use a variety of equipment, such as resistance bands, pilates balls, medium to heavy weights and towels.
notice that none of them are tailored to advanced participants - all of our classes have options and we always encourage you to honor where you are at.
at common studio, you always belong - no matter your fitness level, age, or experience. 🙂
