Don’t miss the forest for the trees.
I was the hustle culture stereotype sleeping 5 hours a night, taking 0 rest days and abusing stimulants thinking I could “out grind” rest and that I was special.
When I started spending time actually taking rest day, optimizing my schedule for proper sleep my progress increased exponentially.
Treat your recovery the same way you treat your training and thank me later!
