To be honest, is has been a pretty easy challenge as January has been fairly mild. But now that winter has hit, I know I'll have to motivate myself a bit more.

But that's the point of a challenge! To keep going when it gets uncomfortable.

Sometimes it takes time, experience, and trying things to figure out what you want, what you don't want, and those things you really value.

You can try something and learn it's not for you.
You can learn something new which leads to a shift.

It's okay not to have everything figured out right now.

It's okay to be "in progress".

I know, I know. It's hard to be a beginner. We want to be seasoned, competent, capable experts.

But we all have to start somewhere.
Time and experience will build your knowledge, skills, and confidence.

Sometimes it is helpful to simply embrace being a beginner. Surround yourself with people who can help you on your journey.

And be sure to invest in continual growth.
