And what do these words have to do with Inlightin Energy? What is Inlightin Energy? Inlightin is a play on the word ‘enlighten’, as honestly, during the time I was creating a platform to share my gifts, enlighten was not available. Therefore, with the help of a soul sister friend, she intuitively shared the idea of spelling the word as inlightin. It was a ‘done deal’ for me as it felt right. Energ
y was a natural addition as it encompasses what I do and work with. The motto ‘Letting the light in’ came to be as the services I provide involve inviting messages that awakens your own inner light and sheds any darkness that prevents yourself from being the light. And so it began...Inlightin Energy was born in September 2013 with the introduction of a website and a page. I stepped out of the ‘psychic closet’ after reading for others for many years behind closed doors. I am a lifelong Intuitive, meaning since I can remember from a young age, I was able to share insights that to most could not see ahead of time. I was fortunate to have parents that believed in many different modalities when it came to spirituality, religion, new age, and basically anything that was connected to higher wisdom and universal ideas. They supported and encouraged me to develop my gifts. They shared many forms of what intuition can mean and be. Giving me the space to learn at my own pace and what I felt drawn to. At the age of 5 years, I had a Near Death Experience that left me with a soulful imprint that I feel still resonates within me to this day. As I grew older, I had various teachers that mentored me in the areas of psychic sciences such as Numerology, Dream Interpretation, Channeling, Signs and Superstitions, Native Traditions and so much more. Inlightin Energy provides many different types of intuitive readings. My specialties are Numerology and Cartomancy readings. I have over 30 years of experience in these two modalities as I started to learn at the age of 16. In Numerology, I only focus on the date of birth as it is the only number we can’t change in our lives and it is connected to the soul essence. It is a reading that shares your gifts, strengths, challenges, downfalls and what you need to learn, overcome and accept in this lifetime. It provides insights that can help you grow and overcome situations that hold you back and need your attention. With the Cartomancy readings, this is a method where I use 32 cards of a regular 52 card deck. This reading involves many people, day to day events, and possible significant news that relate to the short-term, meaning they cover a time period of 6 months (recent past, present and near future), although 1 or 2 messages may take a bit longer to arrive. This style of reading has been in my family for many generations, dating back to 1600s France. My Mom taught me how to read these cards as her Mom taught her and so on. Both styles include intuitive messages that I receive from a variety of Divine energies including my Guides whom I refer to as ‘The Counsel’. I also read energies of people, places, pets and things. I channel and counsel intuitive messages. I am available for crayon wax reading parties which involves a group get-together. Each individual makes a picture with the use of crayons and a mini hot iron. I then interpret the images, colours and symbols contained on the paper. I often get asked to describe what a reading entails as far as what will come through. I understand that some may have fears, doubts and be nervous. Some expect the worst to come out and others have expectations that it will all be amazing news. Those are all legitimate feelings and questions where the answers don’t fit into a neat box. To be honest, I can only explain from my own experiences, from the feedback I receive from clients and from what usually occurs. Each reading is unique and very individual. I don’t know what to expect, but when I do my protection and breathing to tune into the energy of the person, some messages will appear ahead of time. Simply put, I can see, feel, hear, smell and taste various images, words and sounds that surround the person not visible to the naked eye. Some messages come forth in great detail while other messages are vague or to the point; this usually is because you are supposed to keep going and not wait for the possibility of when, why, how or where it will happen. My intentions for every reading is for clarity, confirmation, peace of mind, heart and soul for the person. Sometimes that may include messages that are hard to hear but in the long run prove to be beneficial as it is to assist you on your journey. I always bring a sense of calm, gentleness and love to what I share and provide. Lastly, as much as I would like to believe I am 100% accurate, I never guarantee this will be the case. Everyone has free will and there is so much more involved that we all are still unaware of when it comes to the soul and its’ path. Life has a bit of everything. There is the presence of what we see, believe and know yet also the mysterious, magical, miraculous and the unknown. I truly love what I do and that I am able to help those in an unconventional manner. I may have some knowledge and experiences that others do not have yet I too am on a journey where I still have ‘Inlightin’ moments.
