WELL NOW Fitness

WELL NOW Fitness Well Now Fitness helps women establish sustainable healthy habits in small attainable steps. It is our mission to help people live in freedom! NOW!

Well Now Fitness was established because it cares about your health and well-being and desires to help you live a sustainable healthy lifestyle. It is dedicated to educating and inspiring people to transform their lives, day by day, through a holistic approach that engages the "WHOLE" person: body, mind, soul, and spirit. We are not about comparison or competition but COMPLETENESS. MOTTO: Transforming your life, day by day, moment by moment. It is our belief that when you make small, everyday lifestyle changes you can improve your overall well-being. Living well is a life-long process and we "become" well each day when we embrace those small, feasible changes that move us in the right direction towards wholeness and health. "Become" is a present tense verb and means "to begin to be" or "grow to be". This is an ever-present journey. We are always becoming! The time is NOW to start becoming your best version of you!! It is never too late to begin making changes in your life. Well Now Fitness operates on four foundational pillars of wellness. These include physical fitness, mental fitness, social fitness, and spiritual fitness. The World Health Organization defines health as a "state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." Good health is key to our living well and goes beyond our physical appearance. Improving one's wellness means reducing risk of disease while considering the many factors that affect the WHOLE person.

1. Physical Fitness
Regular physical activity is proven to help prevent and manage non-communicable diseases such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and several cancers. It also helps prevent hypertension, maintain healthy body weight and can improve mental health, quality of life and well-being. (World Health Organization)

However, your body needs more than movement alone. Nutrition, hydration, sleep, and rest are all necessary components of physical fitness.

2. Mental Fitness
Mental health is just as important as physical health, and it should not be neglected. This involves keeping your brain and emotional health in tip top shape. It will mean identifying, assessing and navigating through feelings that cause undue stress and anxiety. Interestingly, the more you move the body the more you help the mind. Physical activity increases the flow of oxygen to the brain. It also increases the amount of endorphins, the “feel good” chemical, in your brain. Studies have shown that engaging in vigorous physical workouts can help battle depression and promotes a more positive outlook on life. It aids in the management of stress which can cause physical and mental harm. Mental fitness also address our intellect. We are intellectual beings created with the capacity to learn and share knowledge. The more you challenge your brain the healthier it becomes! Learning is a life-long process and should continually be nourished by trying new things!

3. Social Fitness
We are social beings. We were made for relationship. Well Now Fitness values people and we are all about developing social networks. Social relationships create support systems that carry you through life’s struggles. We acknowledge that people thrive best when they are inter-dependent on each other rather being independent from each other. We are founded on the principle that we are all in this together. Everyone belongs here!! We do not compare or compete with others but cheer each other on in our journey to joy, freedom, and completeness!

4. Spiritual Fitness
We are also spiritual beings. Our physical bodies are evident, we can see and touch them. However, our souls and spirits are less distinguishable but non the less real to each one of us. The soul refers to our mind, will and desires as seen in our personal preferences, choices, and emotional responses to life's situations. Our soul is reflected in our personality. The spirit refers to that part of us that connects and communicates with God. Our spirit differs from our soul because our spirit is always pointed toward and exists exclusively for God, whereas our soul can be self-centered. The joy, comfort and peace of God's presence can only be experienced through our spirit. To deny the spirit is to live with less wholeness in your life. At Well Now Fitness spirituality is rooted in faith of God the Father, His Son, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. We operate on the premise that God has placed in each of us an innate desire to know Him. If we neglect this part of our being we will sense there is something missing in our lives and miss out on the wholeness that He longs to provide. Since He created us, He knows us best and knows what is good for us in every area of life, including health and wellness. In fact, as we integrate all parts of our lives to Him, we become complete and whole, healed and free! Then, we are able to live out His divine purposes with great joy. He has designed us each one uniquely and equips us to do whatever He calls us to do!! He brings true purpose and meaning to our lives.

Soul Sunday 🤍

There is comfort in the reminder that we are fully known and deeply loved — even before we understand ourselves completely.

Loving well doesn’t require having everything figured out.
It begins with honesty and awareness.

Take a moment today to rest in the truth that you are already seen.

Wednesday Wellness 🌿

The way we care for our bodies is often connected to how safe we feel slowing down.
Loving well includes listening — not just pushing through discomfort or fatigue.

Monday Motivation 💛

You don’t have to prove your worth through constant doing.
Care, rest, and boundaries are not rewards — they are foundations.
Let that truth shape your week.

Soul Sunday 🤍

Scripture tells us that love is patient and kind — not hurried, not forceful, and not demanding perfection.

That wisdom speaks not only to how we love others, but also to how we care for our own hearts.

Today is an invitation to practice a softer kind of love — one shaped by grace rather than pressure.
(Inspired by 1 Corinthians 13:4–7)

Wednesday Wellness 🌿

Many people think love requires constant availability.
In reality, loving well often begins with clarity — knowing what is yours to carry and what is not.
This distinction can change how we relate to our time and energy.

Monday Motivation 💛

Loving well doesn’t require more effort.
Often, it begins with softer expectations — of yourself and of others.
Let compassion guide how you move through today.

Soul Sunday 🤍
One of the ancient teachings I often return to reminds us that love comes from God — not from striving, proving, or earning.

When love is rooted at the source, it becomes something we receive before we give.

As you enter this week, consider gently:
What would change if you allowed yourself to receive love first?
(Inspired by 1 John 4:7–10)

Just a reminder that tomorrow evening we’re gathering for:

Who Do You Want to Become in 2026?

This is not a goal-setting system or a productivity framework.
It’s a reflective, guided conversation designed to help you reconnect with what actually matters.

You don’t need to be motivated.
You don’t need to have answers.
You don’t need a plan.

You just need a willingness to pause.

If traditional goal setting has always felt off for you — this will feel different. Join here: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84652455244?pwd=VPoAx0q9BpOgcnCGKNM6MysHJr3LTL.1

Let me be very clear about this January workshop — because it’s different from what you might expect.

✨ Who Do You Want to Become in 2026? ✨

This is NOT:
❌ a New Year’s resolution reset
❌ a productivity workshop
❌ a rigid goal-setting system

This IS:
✔️ a reframing of how we think about goals
✔️ a chance to uncover the deeper “why” behind what we want
✔️ a way to choose direction that fits your current season of life

Sometimes the problem isn’t that we don’t follow through —
it’s that we’re chasing goals that were never aligned in the first place.

If you’re craving clarity without pressure, this space is for you.
