We would like to thank Lillooet District Rescue Society & Lillooet Fire Department for choosing us for the 2nd Annual Charity First Responders hockey game. We are truly honoured and amazed at the continued support of our community. The total amount raised tonight from 50/50, raffle prizes, puck toss, and donations is……….. $3239.00. All these funds go directly towards Lillooet Hospital and equipment that is needed. We would also like to thank Gavin ( our designated Zamboni driver, trophy shiner, and overall great guy) Paulo for running around at our beck and call ( and numbering 118 pucks this afternoon) Nathan and Jason for trying to keep the players inline, Tessa, Lynda, Melissa, Deb & Gina for helping at the entrance 50/50 and raffles. All the businesses that donated. Rescue and Fire for everything you continue to do for our community! And of course to all the players for giving it all they had tonight and giving us a great game, and to everyone who came out and supported, watched, cheered we appreciate you all.

Yay our new portable tv has finally landed. Look at the difference between new and old. This allows inpatients to make their stay more tolerable when they can watch some shows to pass the time as they heal. Thanks to our lovely model Crystal! Look at that smile.
