Inner Child Healing is a mission designed for Canadian veterans ready to take back control of their inner battlefield.
This journey focuses on repairing the wounds carried from childhood, strengthening the inner protector that provides structure and discipline, and reclaiming the joy and fire that service and life’s battles may have buried. You’ve stood the line for your country—now the next mission is about fortifying yourself.
Over 10 weeks, you’ll clear the field of old pain, reinforce your internal command, and secure the high ground of your own life with purpose, resilience, and pride.

• Wednesdays at 1900hrs, starting January 7th.

Duration: 10 weeks, 60–90 minute sessions
Group Size: 5–10 participants
Time Zone: Toronto (EST)
Community: Participants join a private Facebook group during their cohort and receive follow-up afterwards
