A huge thank you to everyone who participated in our latest retreat at Murphy's Camping on the Ocean!! Such an incredible experience getting to enjoy the island to it's fullest with an awesome group of people! Thank you again to Elias from the band Ostrea Lake for coming to serenade us for our live music class and to Emma at Uprooted for catering the delicious meals!

Hey Everyone!! Looks like we have ONE spot left for our upcoming yoga and nature retreat August 20/21!!

If you're someone who normally needs a friend to do this kind of activity why not branch out and try it on your own!

What an incredible weekend we just finished up!! Thank you to all the participants for your trust and presence, the Murphy's at Murphy's Camping on the Ocean for the awesome location, Emma at Uprooted for catering some seriously tasty eats, and Elias (Ostrea Lake) for the divine soul serenading!

EXCITING NEWS!!! We're at it again! This time we are holding an incredible camping retreat at Murphy's Camping on the Ocean!!

Camping, Yoga, Meditation, and absolutely spectacular nature experiences. Experiences like getting to hang out on a sandbar island! A SANDBAR ISLAND PEOPLE!

Hope to have you along for the adventure!!

Luckily, my camera was found and returned, so I am finally able to post retreat photos! Thank you again to everyone who participated and contributed to our inaugural retreat!

Are you getting excited for the upcoming retreat? Because we are!! We checked out Liscombe last weekend and it is a stunning location; a perfect place to relax and reconnect :).
