Who or what are you currently comparing yourself to that is stripping you of your joy?

Perhaps on your daily scroll you are witnessing the success of someone you follow.

Perhaps it’s at your social gatherings as you look to the couples that are so intimately connected sitting on the couch canoodling.

Or, perhaps it’s the trips and lifestyle that those closest to you are experiencing, indulging in all the extras with their financial overflow.

And yet, did you know that:

Some of those followers that scroll your page see your authentic spirit and content and wish they could speak as openly as you do without hesitation of external judgment from others.

Some of those couples at your social gatherings look at your single lifestyle and wish that they could have a break from each other and are even contemplating divorce, as they yearn for the freedom that you get to relish in.

Some of those friends that are living with the indulgent extras are admiring your ability to stay within your budget and imagine you don’t have the mounting debt that they continue to build around maintaining those lifestyles.

These last few years have been a lot. They have taken a toll on most people's mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. There have been many changes, endings and new beginnings. And, with each of these moments along our life path that we have all encountered, there is a lot of emotionality that is felt throughout those significant experiences.

So, on December 3rd, I will guide you into A Healing Circle (open to all) that will support cultivating and creating more joy in your life, with an artistry that is uniquely yours. You will explore areas of thought, beliefs and visions for yourself as we begin to bring presence and peace & love to this holiday season.

During this circle, you will learn:

🌹How to release various forms of judgement and and comparison
🌹How to become more present so you enjoy yourself and have more fun

The absolute, unequivocally, most important relationship in your life

is the relationship

with YOU.

But, what IS it that you want to enhance that next piece of yourself?

Take a moment today, to just sit in stillness with a journal, and write out what you want.

Not what you think you SHOULD want.
Not what ‘they’ think you SHOULD want.

But what is it that YOU really WANT?

If you want that deeper intimacy within a relationship, what do you need to do to take that step forward?

If you want to feel healthier, stronger and full of energetic vitality, what do you need to do to begin?

If you want to experience a greater connection with spirit and understand what it means to attract things into your life through your thoughts and feelings, what do you need to focus on?

For reals, babe.

No one is showing up to mend the relationship within your being and heart.

It’s you vs you. always.

And, you have the power, insight, wisdom and knowing of what you need.
As well, you have the capacity to do it.

My son called my dance moves "Sus" the other day.

At first, when I heard his abbreviation I assumed he faulted and meant to say 'Super.'

So I smiled.

And he frowned.

"Nope," he shared.

He meant to say 'Sus.'
Which I now know in pre-teen language means Suspicious.

Well, well, well.

I know my running man is tight.
And, I know my butterfly is synced up.
I also know that my grapevine is smooth.

None of which are suspicious, unless of course you are my son who watches Just Dance as often as he can and sees anything outside of his normal as something he should be weary about.

So I laughed.

And I continued on with my two-step and mashed my potatoes as I twisted and shouted from the kitchen that I've got moves he's never seen before.

And, if that makes me suspicious.

Super! xo

May you dance today in life that raises the eyesbrows of others, but you keep focused on your own inner beat.

Yes, you are capable of doing hard things.

Will it feel comfortable?

No.

But, you weren’t made to feel comfortable.

You were made to feel your edge.

That edge you have felt within your soul that continues to call you forward every. single. day. until you finally proclaim that you are ready to leap and trust the wings that have not yet sprouted from your next evolved self.

That edge you have dreamed of since being a young child that always knew they were meant for more and yet the conditioning of your social world diminished those hopes and rather replaced them with fears.

That edge that beckons and bows in front of you, begging you to stop bending your self-worth backwards, and rather believe in and become the power that you feel within.

That edge.
Is your edge.

And you will never know, when you do leap towards what you desire, what the outcome will be.

But doesn’t it make sense,
To leap

Rather than,
To lose

your chance. your dream. your vision. your goal. your desire. your truth. your destiny.

The edge is never outside of you.

It is always within you.

waiting.
getting more clearly defined.
and eager.

For your arrival and trust, that you were made to grow your wings.

Time and again.
with each new leap.
that you take with self-love.

Self-Love means that when you stand up. and proclaim that your value, your time and your worth means more to you now than the quick hits, quick fixes and one night quickies that don’t satisfy you fully, you step into a strength that will forever be unstoppable.

Luke warm bath with bubbles are nice.
But it’s the hot and steamy time boundaries you give yourself for this space that is sexy.

Taking yourself out on a dinner date is savoury.
But it’s the commitment to not give in to the one night stand to validate your worth that is ecstasy.

Buying a new cute outfit is fun.
But sitting down to budget and plan your financial portfolio for that purchase is hot.

Don’t be confused with self-care tactics versus the strategy of the self-love proclamation.

Your devotion to do the hard things that support the more evolved, next level up, expanded version of you requires strength, focus and commitment.

Be sexy.
Be ecstasy.
Be hot.
