Great progress here in just 8 sessions.
Things he reported:
✅ taller, more upright while running
✅more stable in hips
✅more glute activation - glutes driving his stride
✅More rotation in upper body
These are all good things. He even said that he had to slow down his training pace, because he was just running too fast!
Great progress in just a few sessions. Looking forward to a few more sessions, and some running race results!
