As we gather during the Chinese New Year, this session offers a meaningful opportunity to pause, reset, and set fresh intentions — welcoming new beginnings with renewed life energy to support the year ahead. We’ll end with a guided experiential practice, including Energy Breathing and gentle Spring Forest Qigong movement meditation, allowing you to feel the effects firsthand, followed by a short Q&A.
