Emily joins us as a full-time Registered Massage Therapist. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Physical Education from Wilfrid Laurier University and brings with her a strong foundation in movement science, athletic care, and rehabilitation.

Her practice is centered on providing individualized, goal-oriented treatments, whether focused on enhancing athletic performance, facilitating recovery from injury, or improving overall function and comfort in daily life. Emily integrates therapeutic massage techniques with movement-based strategies and homecare exercises to support lasting results and empower clients in their wellness journeys.

Emily is dedicated to offering thoughtful, evidence-informed care tailored to the unique needs of each individual. We are delighted to welcome her to the clinic full-time.

Courtney has been a part of the health care field for close to 20 years. As a mother of five she understands the challenges and the importance of finding a balance in life to maintain self care and wellness.
Prior to joining our team Courtney worked at London Health Sciences Centre for approximately fifteen years. During this time she gained experience and valuable knowledge in the sub specialties of Dialysis, Vascular access, Radiology and Paediatrics.
As a mother and caretaker, her passion has always been to help others which led her to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. Continuing education is also very important to Courtney. She has incorporated many modalities to her practice including Hot Stone massage, Indie Head massage, and cupping. Courtney is also certified in TMD therapy, which enables her to help those with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction.
Courtney strives to provide a massage tailored to your needs in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
