Taking a little time to slow down with some calming Elderflower tea steeped with my last batch of Moon Water. Elderflower has a delicate flavour and the tiny flowers floating in your cup are beautiful. My daughter calls it Fairy Flower Tea. It’s Latin name is Sambucus, meaning “gift from the gods”. The use of Elderflower in Herbalism dates back to Ancient Greece and Ancient Egypt. It has been used across many cultures for its health benefits especially its ability to boost the immune system and relieve respiratory symptoms.

Remember to take even a few moments to sit quietly, breathe deeply and be still.

I love these Pyrite free form nugget beads!
