✨ 42 Today 🤍

Another year around the sun, another year of lessons, softness, strength, and surrender. If I’ve learned anything, it’s that life gets lighter when you stop rushing, stop proving, and start being — fully, honestly, and with God at the center.

42 taught me that peace is a practice, faith is an anchor, motherhood is the greatest teacher, and the body you live in deserves your love daily, not just when it performs perfectly. It taught me that letting go is a skill, boundaries are love, and the people meant for you will feel like calm, not urgency.

That small habits matter more than grand moments, mornings shape the day, and gratitude truly shifts the heart. Here’s to more presence, more softness, deeper faith, louder joy, and choosing what feels aligned and true. To loving my people deeply, my body kindly, and my life humbly.

And to entering 42 with clear eyes, a grateful heart, and a soul anchored in Allah’s mercy and perfect timing 🤍 Swipe through for 42 things I’ve learned at 42 — may something in there reflect back to you exactly what you need today.

Alhamdulillah for it all — the lessons, the letting go, and the becoming ✨
42 feels like growth, grace, and gentleness.

Not every season feels smooth, but that doesn’t mean you’re failing. You’re learning.
Not feeling ready? You show up anyway.
Not “I give up,” but “I’ll try again.”

That’s growth. That’s resilience. And most of the time, it’s happening quietly, long before the results ever show.

Trust the process. Trust that Allah places barakah in the effort, the intention, and the small steps you take even on the hard days. Keep going — you’re building something you’ll be proud of. 🤍✨

Ending November with a full heart 🤍
It was a month of family time whenever possible, long days at gyms and tournaments, living on the road, and holding tight to the routines that keep me grounded — my movement and my Quran.

A lot of coffee, a lot of driving, a lot of juggling… and a lot of gratitude.
Alhamdulillah for the blessings in the chaos.

Now we step into December — the last chapter of the year. Let’s show up with intention, discipline, and faith. Let’s finish the year STRONG. ✨

If you want support, accountability, or guidance for your health goals this month, DM me “DECEMBER” and I’ll help you get started.

We’re not in competition with anyone else — the only person we’re trying to beat is who we were yesterday.
A little stronger, a little healthier, a little more disciplined… that’s real progress.

Remember: comparison is the thief of joy.
If you’re always watching someone else’s journey, you’ll stay stuck in place.
Your only challenge is YOU vs YOU. Show up for yourself. 💪

If you’re ready to stay consistent and level up with support, join my Accountability Membership — monthly motivation, check-ins, and guidance so you don’t fall off.

NOvember = No Excuses. No Quitting.
September was our RESET.
October was our PREP.
Now November? We execute. 👊

I’m running a NOvember Challenge inside my accountability group:
✔ No skipping workouts
✔ No mindless snacking
✔ No negative self-talk
✔ No falling off on weekends
✔ Daily mini challenges to keep you consistent

Nothing crazy.
Just small, disciplined habits done every single day — especially when it’s hard.
If YOU always fall off before the holidays… this is your chance to break the pattern.

➡️ Want to join the accountability group?
Comment “NOVEMBER” and I’ll send you the details ✅

We start November 1st.
If you’re ready to stay consistent and actually finish the year stronger than you started… come with us. 🔥

Change isn’t meant to feel comfortable.
When life pushes you out of old habits and routines, it’s because you’re growing into someone stronger, more disciplined, and more aligned with the goals you want.

If you’re in a season of discomfort — keep going.
This is where the transformation happens. ✨

And if you want structure, support, accountability, and a community to grow with… my new program launches in January.
Stay tuned — exciting things are coming. 🤍

🍂September feels like a fresh start
Kids are back in school, routines are falling into place, and it’s the perfect time to reset ourselves too. No need to wait until New Year’s — let’s set those goals now.

1️⃣ Starting the day with intention — the little habits set the tone for everything else.
2️⃣ Moving my body — after a summer of late nights and BBQs, it feels good to get back into structured movement and routines that keep me strong.
3️⃣ Nourishing meals — this is the month to get back into cooking and planning ahead, fueling my body so I have energy for everything else.
4️⃣ Back to school = back to structure for the whole family. That also means more space for us as women to focus on our health and intentions.
5️⃣ Grounding in faith — routines aren’t just about food and workouts, they’re about reconnecting spiritually and reminding ourselves why we care for this body and mind.

🍂September is the reset we’ve all been waiting for. If you’re ready to step into routine with accountability and support, join me inside my Accountability with Angie membership. Let’s build habits that last — no matter what the season.
