To keep our studio safe, peaceful, and fun for everyone, here’s a quick guide:

🕒 Arrive Ready: Come on time and bring what you need.
🧘 Respect the Space: Treat mats, props, and equipment with care.
🧴 Stay Clean & Fresh: Wipe down mats and wear clean workout clothes.
🤫 Quiet & Calm: Silence phones and keep chatter to a minimum.
🤝 Be Kind: Respect personal space and support your fellow Sweet Peas.
💪 Listen to Your Body: Take breaks or modify poses as needed.
👶 Kids Welcome Only in Designated Classes — parents supervise!

We are so excited for Tina and GF Farms to be open at the same time as us!! 2 amazing business in 1 building.
