A great opportunity in our area for celebration!

Diwali is the celebration of light and food is an important part of the celebration. This year we are pleased to have Curry Express as our caterer. Raj will be providing a delicious menu for Diwali 2025, which will be held at Nova Scotia Community College at 75 High Street this Friday evening. A couple of months ago I started volunteering at the Mahone Bay Nursing home offering yoga for the residents. I bring my Mother-in-Law, Dorothy and she's able to bring her cousin, Roy, who lives there, to all of my classes. He is my number 1 student!
It's truly one of the most fun things I get to do especially since we finish each class with a dance party! 🥳

Kind of a full circle moment for me this morning. I've attended too many classes to count in this room at the Mahone Bay Centre and here I was in the teaching role! Such a great experience with a private class that might turn into public offerings in the next few months so stay tuned! What an honour it is to share yoga knowledge with others. Love offering classes right in my community 🥰
