As I reflect on the previous years of my life, I have so much gratitude for where I’ve been, the wisdom I’ve gained, the hardships I’ve endured, the people I’ve met, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way.
The biggest take away- the fluidity, the change, the impermanence of this present reality we are in.
The challenging times will soften. The highs will dip and the lows will rise.
Peace is when we can sit back and witness and embrace this constant motion.
Just as we can’t stop the steady waves in the ocean, we also can’t control the ebbs and flows of our journey.

This year I have set the intention to continue growing, learning, loving, and embracing this wild ride.
I hope to live more in the present, and enjoy the simplicity of this beautiful human experience.

The answers lie within us all. Our bodies do the talking and the listening if we give it the space to do so. We all carry an innate wisdom and intelligence within us. We know how to come back into balance and release what no longer serves us.
With subtle verbal dialogue we can unlock those hidden messages and release the negative imprints that are keeping us stuck.

Yes, it all matters!
Every choice we make impacts all aspects of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual selves.
This affects our resonance, our energetic field, our light, in either a positive or a negative way. 💫
Our longevity, happiness, and health are all greatly impacted by EVERY choice we make.

• 🤍The way we think of or speak about ourselves.
• 🤍The way we think of or speak to or about others.
• 🤍The programs we watch- movies, shows, news.....
• 🤍The things we choose to listen to- music, gossip, podcasts, audiobooks.....
• 🤍The products we use in our homes, on our bodies, on our clothes......
• 🤍The nourishment we choose to fuel ourselves with.
• 🤍Who we choose to spend our days with.
• 🤍The hobbies that we engage in.

Many times, throughout our life we will be thrown a curveball, and sometimes it is a HUGE one. 💔
We don’t always have a choice of when or how that obstacle will present itself, but we do have a choice of how we will react.
These are the times when we can choose to lean on those around us for some extra strength and support. Depending on the severity of the obstacle, we may even eventually see the silver lining in this experience.
A time of great struggle and hardship is often a time of transformation and growth. We get to choose the perspective that we look at these experiences.✨

If EVERY CHOICE we make comes from a place of LOVE and only LOVE – the highest frequency- just imagine how beautiful this world would be. ✨💛
When we make these subtle changes within ourselves, this love ripples out to the rest of the world.
