To all the littles in my Tuesday and Thursday classes. I look forward to our time together each week. We breathe, quiet our busy minds, and build our awareness in a way that feels playful and calm.
Mindfulness is a practice. I did not learn it until my late twenties, and I often wish it had been part of my school experience. It has taught me how to settle my own nervous system, understand my feelings, and release heavy emotions in healthier ways. I am grateful to be sharing these tools with your children at an early age.
Each session includes dancing, breathwork, yoga flow, story time, mindfulness practice, EFT tapping, and guided meditation.
Our guided journeys have already taken us on a safari and into the jungle, and we explored gratitude in another week. The kids have begun to share how these classes help them focus and feel less distracted. Last week a little one told me she looks forward to yoga every week. That stayed with me.
