Here's a stress-free routine incorporating the elements of unplugging, regular exercise, and mindfulness:
1. Morning Unplugging (15-30 minutes):
Start your day by setting aside 15-30 minutes for unplugging from technology. Avoid checking emails, social media, or news during this time.
Instead, engage in a calming activity such as journaling, savoring a cup of tea or coffee mindfully, or spending time in nature.

2. Exercise Break (30-60 minutes):
Incorporate regular exercise into your routine, aiming for at least 30-60 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity each day.
Choose activities you enjoy, such as walking, jogging, cycling, yoga, or dancing, and make them a priority in your schedule.

3. Midday Mindfulness Pause (5-10 minutes):
Take a mindful pause during the middle of your day to recenter and recharge.
Find a quiet space where you can sit comfortably and focus on your breath for 5-10 minutes. Notice the sensations of breathing in and out, and allow your thoughts to come and go without judgment.

Mindfulness is a practice that involves being fully present and engaged in the moment, without judgment.

When we cultivate mindfulness, we develop the ability to observe our thoughts, emotions, and sensations without getting caught up in them.

This clarity of awareness allows us to see things as they truly are, rather than through the lens of our preconceptions, biases, or habitual patterns of thinking.

By being present and attentive, we become more attuned to the reality of our experiences, including the nature of our surroundings, our relationships, and ourselves.
