Some people believe that Acupuncture helps with just the nervous system. It probably doesn't matter when you're recovering from a stroke in a week. (2 weeks)

Yesterday and today I ran 5km. I have decided to train for a 10km for Dec 3rd. Rather my sister wants me to do the run. I didn't want to do the 10km because it'll be extremely cold out.
