I’m thrilled to share that I am now a Registered Counselling Therapist (Candidate) offering individual counselling therapy for ages 12+.

My approach integrates evidence-based counselling with mindfulness and expressive arts—helping you explore, heal, and grow in a safe, supportive environment.

📍 Sessions available in person at the Lawrencetown Community Health Centre (Lawrencetown, NS) or virtually from anywhere in Nova Scotia.
💳 Direct billing available for Blue Cross. Major credit cards accepted.
