Loved this new vegan recipe! It’s called chickpea spinach roasted sweet potatoes 🍠! I toasted my chickpeas with an airfyer. Cooked the sweet potatoes in there too. Seriously, everyone needs this machine. So healthy and literally gourmet food quality. I made homemade tahini by toasting sesame seeds and grinding them up into a paste with my food processor. I sautéed some spinach with garlic and topped it together. A dash of cayenne pepper for me! Absolutely incredible. Thank you for another great recipe. and this recipe has your names all over it. Okay so we just had the best time of our lives but probably ate our way through this resort..... seriously who needs this much food! 🙃🤨Well happy to say that Nash nutrition will be back in the kitchen as of next week making up some tasty meals! Tonight’s super easy dinner which could also be lunch....Tuna salad made with avocado oil, salt and pepper, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, dill w**d, and parsley on a bed of spinach and Konjac noodles. These noodles are made from root vegetables which make them paleo and lectin free. They are only 10 calories and are really good. This was a cold dinner that was totally satisfying!
