Let’s do an easy neck exercise together ✨💁🏼♀️
Super simple and very effective.
The importance of this exercise is getting those top 2 bones moving & grooving 💃🏻
Place your hand in front of you, slightly above eye level. You are going to follow your hand by rotating your head at the same time. You are going to move your hand up and to the side (at about a 45 degree angle).
Repeat 5-10 times per side ✨
