We have taken a small three day break after working every day throughout the summer. So sorry to those that called us wanting some lavender time! We so appreciate each and every 📞

It’s been a long time since I posted! Exercise classes have started up again in Little Current! They are running every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00am!
Today’s class we had 42 people!!! I’m sooo happy to be back and see you all moving!! 🙏🙏🙏
