What I’d shout out is: daily self care matters! I recently let two key habits slide because honestly I was budgeting myself. Starting a new career, courses, licenses and fees, not to mention the amount of gas I burn these days is extremely costly. So I cut my expenses elsewhere. I wasn’t super wise about what I cut unfortunately - my daily green gut drink and my monthly massage. And it cost me in other ways. BIG ones.
You probably know I’ve lived with chronic pain literally my whole life. If I don’t get massage I get super doses of pain. Yesterday I had treatment and realized the damage I did to myself by not taking care of myself. Same with my green drink - it supports my gut health which supports my mental health, and let’s just say that also took a sideways turn.
So I’m committing to a focused two weeks to “reset” habits that I WAS doing to make them habits I AM doing. And I like community and I like sharing with friends.
So if you need a little reset too this might appeal to you.

I’m personally focusing on daily walks, drinking 2 litres of water and writing ✍️ positive affirmations. I’m doing this for my physical, emotional and mental health. And I can do it from anywhere. These aren’t crazy wild habits but they are profound and help me feel better in all ways. And I’m never skipping a monthly massage again…in fact I go back in two weeks 😂
I would love to have a few friends do these simple changes 🌱 with me and then add in whatever is on your heart for your own personal habit you want to bring back. Message me and we can talk about it or just go ahead and jump in. 🤍
