Little valentines touches around the house. These mini signs are my favourite to pull out around V-Day because they just add a touch of colour to a usually dreary and grey winter.

Saw this on Instagram somewhere and I had to make it. I thought it would be a quick, cheap craft. I can also confirm that it was not. 🤪

Trees are from and and the houses are from Dollar Tree. Spray painted probably 3-4 coats of white paint on the houses because the paint doesn’t adhere to the plastic very well. And in some spots, you can still see the colour of the plastic houses showing through.

The wood round is made from two laminated pine craft boards, that I glued and laminated together and then cut into a circle (or Trevor did, because he has a steadier hand).

$75 later, and here’s my beautiful centrepiece lol

Today, I actually just added the large tree in the middle, which makes it feel a little less dollar store, and a little more bougie

So thankful to .mumma for hosting a Christmas sign night! What a great group of women, so artistic and so much fun. I hope they’ll invite me back in the new year because they are really awesome 🤩

Are you ready for Christmas?? By this time I normally have the tree done, half the presents done, and have finished my Christmas cards (which I make by hand of course).

This year, I have a tree with no decorations up, three presents bought, and zero Christmas cards made.🤪 and to quote Rachel, “I could sooo be freaking out right now” but maybe this is the year I chill out and just take the rest as it comes.

Last week was BUSY and it’s probably no coincidence that I’m now sick 🙃😜 but it was the best! Four sign parties in one week. Met some amazing new women and even got to paint myself (it’s been a while!)

So thankful for this fun side gig that gets me out of the house, meeting new people, and keeping me creative.

Thanks to EVERYONE who participated last week. It means so much!

Could I BE any more obvious? If you know me, you might be wondering why it took me so long to get a themed welcome sign by my door. Because I am an uber fan.
