Flow with Kelly Flow with Kelly is an online yoga service streaming live classes several times a week. All classes Kelly is a RYT200. It brought calmness over the busiest day.

When Kelly first started yoga, it was solely as a physical practice. However, over time, it became a mind-body-soul experience. Kelly would like to invite all yogis to come to their mat for one hour and be completely present - leave all work and life behind and take a moment for YOU. In return, the goal is to have you leave that mat feeling relaxed, empowered, and re-energized to take on the world.

I cannot explain to you how excited I am to host this 2-hour retreat with Gabbie ( ) and Kayla ( .of.writing ).
This retreat has been a vision of mine that these two ladies have helped make into a reality for me๐Ÿฅฐ.

Journaling, Coaching through ACT, and Yoga compliment each other so perfectly and to be able to put it together for all of you is a dream come true.

The lesser known but equally satisfying sun salutation. I remember when instructors would say, "okay, we're moving into sun salutation B" - I would have zero idea what that meant ๐Ÿ˜ฃ. I couldn't break down the poses and couldn't make the sequence in my head. But as I got more familiar with yoga and went down my own personal yoga journey, it became more familiar ๐Ÿ’–

As we continue on into April, I'm here to say two things:

1. โœจ๐๐ž๐ฐ ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ!โœจ ๐๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ƒ๐จ๐ฌ๐ก๐š๐ฌ is a three day series running from April 17th to April 19th. Three classes -- each focusing on one of the Doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha).

2. โœจ๐๐ž๐ฐ ๐‚๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š๐›!โœจ I had so much fun co-hosting with on Monday and I'm happy to be collaborating again. This time with .of.writing ๐Ÿค—! Kayla-Jane will be joining us on day 2 of our series to lead an intuitive journalling๐Ÿ““โœ๏ธ session before our yoga flow๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ (hence the slightly earlier start time).
