"Core" control, eccentric strength, basic joint mechanics (squat, hinge, rotation, etc), kinetic linking, limb coordination, and deceleration - in my opinion - are skills that need to be build before acceleration, speed, and power.

We make hundreds of little decisions Every Day and each decision moves you one step closer to one side of the spectrum. Although a single decision won't necessarily push us very far to one side or another, the accumulation is what really drives either positive or negative change.

Healthy Sugar Free Banana Bread 🤤🤤

Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl:
2c oat flour
1/2c monk fruit 
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4c nut milk

Combine all wet ingredients & bananas in another bowl: 
4-5 SUPER RIPE mashed bananas
1/2C grass fed melted butter or coconut oil 
2 free range eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Combine dry and wet ingredients, fold in 1c dark chocolate chips or walnuts. Pour into greased baking dish or muffin tin.

Preheat oven to 350 and cook for: 
Muffins (12) = bake 22 min
Baking dish = bake 50-6min

Insert knife into centre, when it comes out clean its ready!
