For many autistic kids, bright lights, loud noises, and uncomfortable costumes can make the night a little too spooky.
Here are a few ways to make Halloween more inclusive and stress-free:
🧡 Skip masks or itchy fabrics – comfort comes first.
💙 Practice trick-or-treating with visuals or role-play.
💜 Let your child choose how (or if!) they want to celebrate.
