Take frequent screen breaks throughout the day to lower your risk of digital eye strain symptoms like dry eyes, headaches, and neck and back pain.

During these breaks look at something 20 feet away to refocus and rest your eye muscles, and move around and stretch your arms, legs, back, neck, and shoulders to ease tension and muscle soreness.

Another helpful tool to help avoid digital eye strain is blue light glasses.
