The last time I had to do this was 20yrs ago when they did it immediately after birth at the hospital so this was not an easy decision for me. After calling around and intensive research, I found that Dr. Sing is the best of the best. I couldn’t go in the room for my eldest son’s procedure 20yrs ago but was able to watch Dr. Sing perform the entire procedure. Once it was over I proclaimed “Wow! This really was a gentle procedure!!” Dr. Sing was professional, fast, gentle, calming, funny and kind. My baby did not cry throughout the procedure. He did cry for maybe 5-10 seconds for the freezing needle and that was all. We were given clear instructions when booking the appointment, at the office for our appointment and following the procedure. The staff was so sweet, professional, informative, and made you feel at home instead of at a scheduled surgery. They answered any and every question without hesitation and with a smile on their faces. Booking was easy fast & the appointment was also very easy & fast.
