What I wish more people knew about healing 🤍

Healing comes from understanding how your body works
and living in a way that allows it to do what it already knows how to do.

Sometimes that means getting out of the way —
not forcing, fixing, or chasing perfection —
but supporting the body while still infusing life with joy.

That’s why extremes, rigid labels, and being “perfect” rarely work long-term.
And why there’s no magic pill that can do the work for you.

Your body is always communicating.
When we’re unwell, it’s speaking clearly.
The real question is — are we listening, and do we know how to understand what it’s saying?
