Muscle Work Studio Registered massage therapist specialized in treatments to improve athletic performance and recovery.

My name is Rita and I specialize in treatments that promote muscle recovery and range of motion. By applying techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, cupping and stretching, I have gained the trust of many athletes.Coming from various sports and disciplines such as hockey, football, bodybuilding and weightlifting, they have helped me develop a sophisticated understanding of the principles of movement and the mechanics that govern the human body. I graduated in Massage Therapy in 2021 and I am a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec. I am very interested in helping athletes as well as the general public progress and optimize their performance. As a certified CanfitPro trainer since 2017, I have been passionate about the physical evolution and well being of athletes for many years.
