On our journey in life we encounter many hurdles and many people. We pass like ghost in the night. We forget who we are and that others exist with their own experiences. Yet we walk by people crying, who have fallen on the street or the homeless. Add to that a walk in a city where there is unique and universal differences of people often behind this is judgement. I am a teacher, a leader and an advocate. I am proud of who I am but have Mental health issues how is this possible. WELL mental health does not distinguish or discriminate and all it is is your bes qualities and faults rolled up in a label that you should discard and see all the able it has brought you.

Did you k is that even animals suffer from conditions. They say all dogs have adhd and all cats Asperger’s. These are great books by the way. Obviously it’s not literal. However, I chose this picture to represent mental health due to its position. It’s time to end the stigma and stop judging like a lizard or a leopard we all change our spots or colours. A therapy dog doesn’t ask questions.
It doesn’t judge.
It just stays. 🐾

For someone with depression, that presence means everything.
A dog brings comfort without pressure, love without words, and connection when the world feels heavy.
Sometimes healing begins with a quiet paw and a heart that understands. 🤍

This is a fact at times our dogs are the only confident that does not judge. Help end the stigma!
