Good morning (or evening — wherever you're catching this 😊)
I started a new series: "If I Were Your Coach" — and today I'm sharing the very first thing I'd have you do.
Not a gym. Not a diet. Not a 5am wake-up call.
Just… go outside. Walk 1km. Time it. Walk back.
That's it. Two kilometers. Fresh air. Vitamin D. Endorphins. And something powerful happens when you do it without music — you start thinking clearly, putting things in perspective.
Tomorrow, try to shave off just one minute. One minute. That's how you build momentum.
And here's the best part — bring your little ones with you. My 5-year-old comes with me and crashes hard at bedtime 😂

Something I’ve noticed after more than 20 years of coaching…

Most people don’t fail because they lack motivation.

They fail because the system is too complicated for real life.

Strict diets.
Long workouts.
Meal plans that take hours.

It works for a few weeks — then life gets busy.

And everything falls apart.

That’s why I created a simple 30-day reset.

Nothing extreme.

Just a few habits that make the biggest difference:

• walking every day
• improving protein intake
• short strength workouts
• real food

Small steps that build real momentum.

Because healthy doesn’t have to be hard.

It just needs structure.

Fuel your week with this Protein-Packed Breakfast Bake! 🥚🍅
Perfect for meal prep – quick, easy, and delicious, just grab & go! 💪

Ingredients:
✨ 5 eggs
✨ 1 cup egg whites
✨ ¾ cup chicken cold cuts (diced)
✨ ¼ cup cooked wild rice 🌾
✨ 1 handful of arugula 🥬
✨ 10-12 cherry tomatoes (sliced) 🍅
✨ Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
✨ ½ tsp onion powder
✨ Pinch of paprika
✨ Pinch of garlic powder
✨ Shredded cheese (to top) 🧀

Directions:
1️⃣ Whisk eggs and egg whites together, then mix in arugula and spices.
2️⃣ Pour the mixture into an air fryer with liner in it.
3️⃣ Top with cooked wild rice, bacon, tomato and sprinkle shredded cheese over everything.
4️⃣ Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes using the air fryer’s bake setting.

Meal Prep Tip:
Slice into portions once cooled and store in airtight containers. 📦
Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Just reheat and enjoy a nutritious, protein-packed breakfast every morning! 🌟
