If you're feeling frustrated by your negative thoughts, I have a simple tip for you.

Don't try to stop yourself from thinking negative thoughts. The more you try to stop them, the more powerful they become.

Instead of suppressing your thought, practice mindfulness. Be aware of your thoughts without judging them.

Treat your thoughts as if they were clouds in the sky (we can't drive them away or control how they move). Allow your thoughts to drift through your mind like clouds in the sky.
