👉 Gently hold each thumb (one at a time) for about 3 minutes.
💓 If you feel a pulsation, keep holding until it subsides.

🐝 Yellow jacket season continues! Lately, I’ve noticed these wasps everywhere — and they can be aggressive even without food or drink around. On Tuesday, I accidentally stepped on one and got stung. Wow… did it ever hurt! 😣
