Thank you and Glen for inviting me on the 360 Podcast today!

With Entrepreneur Week coming up, I was asked to share my entrepreneurial journey. Starting my first company at 24, having it acquired, and then stepping into my second chapter after that.

I also shared the four arms of my business today:
SPEAKING
COACHING
RETREAT
MEDIA (podcast, Amazon Prime & Air Canada In-flight entertainment streaming…)

We also talked about my upcoming nomination for a Pro-Montreal Jewish Entrepreneur Award. The evening is here in Montreal on April 16. Win or lose, I’m so grateful to even be in the room.

And honestly, it was such a full circle moment to share because I was nominated for this exact same award when I was 27 with my first company (and won it!) It brought back a lot of memories, and it reminded me how much can change in one lifetime.

Here’s what I know for sure:
Your next chapter is allowed to look different than your first (for me that means no big team of employees anymore, home office, and keeping things way more simple).
Your story is allowed to evolve.
And you’re never “starting over” when you’re starting from experience.

Thank you Dan and Glen. I had such a nice conversation with you this morning. 💓

This week’s Monday blog is live, and it’s a big one.

Sometimes it’s not that you’re doing something wrong… it’s that you’re standing in the wrong room. The wrong environment. The wrong conversations. The wrong expectations. And slowly, without realizing it, it starts costing you your energy, your confidence, and even your sense of who you are.

In honour of Valentine's Day Week, I’m sharing how to recognize when a room is shrinking you instead of expanding you - and what it really means to choose spaces that allow you to grow, breathe, and fully show up as yourself.

If you’ve been feeling a quiet sense of misalignment lately, this one might speak directly to you.

Read it here:

Tell me - have you ever realized you were in the wrong room only after staying far longer than you should have?

A Valentine’s Week Reflection Valentine’s Day tends to focus on romantic love- who we’re with, who we hope to meet, or how we celebrate the people closest to us. But over the years, I’ve come to believe that one of the most important love decisions we ever make has less to do with romance an...

What I’ve learned, practice and know as 100% fact.
Self-love is never selfish.
Never.
Because if you have a capacity to love, it’s abundant and overflowing for ALL.
You, them, all love.
You never run short.

I’m giving a luncheon keynote next week on self-love, confidence, and courage, in honor of February as the month of love.

Here’s what I know.

REAL self-love is:
How you treat yourself when you’re under pressure.
It’s how you speak to yourself after a mistake.
It’s how you recover after rejection.
It’s how you make decisions without spiraling.
It’s how you set boundaries without guilt.
It’s how you hold your own worth without needing constant proof.

Self-love is not a vibe.
It’s a practice. 💘

And it’s never selfish.
So, learn how to love yourself unconditionally. Once you can learn to love yourself, everyone and everything gets the best of you.
I hope you realize this during Valentine’s Day week and ever after.

Give me a sign if this has landed for you today. 💡

Once in a while, you meet someone who you really admire. Admire for the quality of their work, their work ethic, brains, hustle, and just RUTHLESS SUPPORT OF THOSE AROUND THEM.

That person is , founder of . So when this testimonial arrived in my inbox this morning after moderating a corporate panel for her last week, I got a little teary. I absolutely love what I do - and I’ve been doing it a long time. So, to have my work validated in this way, is so humbling coming from you, Amy.

I’d like to share it, because in all my years, I have never received a testimonial like this. Allow me this moment.... 🙏🏼

“I keep inviting Erica Diamond to moderate my events for one simple reason: she’s that good.

Most recently, I brought Erica in on a tight timeline to interview an editor and writer for a publication that reaches millions. The objective was specific: we needed to understand how a media brand and membership organization used challenges to grow their audience. Not broad strategy talk. Real tactics.

Erica nailed it.

She asked the exact questions that needed asking. Nothing fluffy, nothing meandering. She drew out the insights we came for, then layered in her own experiences in a way that deepened the conversation instead of derailing it. (This is harder than it sounds. Most moderators can’t do this.)

Here’s what I’ve learned from working with Erica multiple times: she creates this interesting dynamic where everyone feels at ease - guests relax, the audience leans in - but she never loses control of the room. We had a compressed timeframe, and she kept us moving without it ever feeling rushed or forced.

She knows when to guide and when to get out of the way. She has this intuitive sense for what an audience needs to hear and how to extract it from whoever’s on stage with her.

So yes, I’ll keep calling Erica. She makes me look good. She makes my guests look good. And she delivers exactly what we need, every single time.” - Amy Nelson, Founder The Riveter

Thank you, Amy.

And shout out to the other brilliant women in this picture who have my heart, and who I look up to.

Went to a work event alone.
Started dancing like no one was watching.
Then saw the photos and thought… wow, I look ridiculous.

But then I thought again… I was actually being kinda brave.

I have found that when I’m brave, that’s when the most blessings come my way.

Fear really does hold us back (ain’t no lie), and I decided last year in 2025, I was going to be more of who I really am.
CURIOUS- so that means going places my friends aren’t interested in going to.
UNAFRAID, so that means looking ridiculous sometimes.
But only good things have come as a result.

So, bring on 2026, looking absolutely ridiculous!!! 💃✨

It’s about keeping the small momentum going today- that makes it easier to show up tomorrow. 🐢

Tell me if this speaks to you. If you’ll show up today for yourself for 10 minutes instead of skipping today and waiting to do it for an hour tomorrow.

This week’s Monday new article is live - and if you’ve been telling everyone (including yourself) that you’re “fine”… you really want to read this.

I’m talking about Quiet Cracking: that sneaky space where you’re still showing up, still producing, still smiling… but underneath, you’re running on empty. No drama. No breakdown. Just a slow leak.

If that hit a nerve, click to read here: https://ericadiamond.com/quiet-cracking-when-youre-fine-until-youre-not/

And if you’re nodding along, that’s ok- awareness is power, and you can begin to shift this before it shifts you.

There’s a new workplace phrase making the rounds - and it's eerily accurate. It's one of those terms that makes you pause because it puts words perhaps what you’ve been feeling: Quiet Cracking Because maybe you’re still showing up.Still delivering.Still answering the Slack message with “Sure...
