I’m so excited to share that I’m now booking my brand new keynote.

If your organization has not yet planned programming for Mental Health Awareness Month in May, or if you are looking ahead to World Mental Health Day in October, this keynote is a timely and meaningful addition.

We are living in a culture that still rewards busyness, glorifies overwork, and too often mistakes burnout for ambition.

That is exactly why I created this talk.

NEW KEYNOTE:

REDEFINING HUSTLE CULTURE: Sustainable Success in an Always-On World

In a world that rewards busyness and glorifies burnout, Erica Diamond challenges the myth that doing more is the path to doing well. This timely keynote explores how hustle culture has shaped the way we work, lead, and live, often at the expense of our well-being, relationships, and long-term success.

With warmth, humor, and practical insight, Erica offers a more sustainable model for achievement, one rooted in clarity, boundaries, energy management, and intentional living. Drawing from her signature Thrive360™ Framework, she helps audiences move from constant output and overwhelm to a more focused, energized, and aligned way of operating.

Attendees will leave with tangible strategies to protect their time, manage stress more effectively, redefine productivity, and build success that is both ambitious and sustainable.

➡️ This keynote is for organizations, teams, conferences, and associations that want to have a relevant, practical, and energizing conversation about what sustainable success really looks like now.

Reach out if you’d like to bring this keynote to your workplace, conference, or community. I’d love to connect and explore what your audience might benefit from most this year.

Exam season has a way of turning even the calmest home into stress mode. And when our kids are overwhelmed, it is so easy to slip into fixing, pushing, reminding, and managing. I've certainly been guilty of that!

But what if the goal is not a perfect routine?

What if the goal is to help them help themselves feel steadier, calmer, and more supported?

In this week’s Monday blog, I’m sharing a more realistic approach to self-care during exams. One that is practical, grounded, and actually helps. Because during stressful seasons, self-care is not extra. It is their life support. Quite literally.

If you’re parenting a teen, CEGEP student, or college kid right now, I think this one will really speak to you.

Read it here:

A guide for moms supporting their college kids through exam season Exam season has a way of turning even the calmest household into a low-grade stress festival. Truthfully, I’m a little grateful it’s just one of my boys in exams right now and not two. First-year engineering is no joke, and this ...

Today’s reminder:

Peace begins where over-explaining ends.

You do not need to justify every boundary.
You do not need to write a speech for every no.
You do not need to exhaust yourself trying to make everyone understand.

Sometimes self-care looks like fewer words, clearer limits, and choosing peace anyway.

Now that’s SELF-CARE, REDEFINED.

Give me a sign if this is speaking to you. 👇🏼

Happy Easter, Happy Self-Care Day. ❤️

Same situation. Two different ways of navigating the reality.

Don’t let tomorrow steal today.
Be where your feet are.

I’d love to know, which one are you? 👇🏼

(And if this isn’t just mindset, but deeper anxiety that feels hard to manage, it’s important to reach out for support. You don’t have to navigate it alone.)

For 9 months, I had the absolute joy of walking alongside Natalie as she built her online pet business from the inside out.

And what I loved most about our work together was this:
We did not just focus on tactics.
We did not just chase content ideas.
We did not just tweak marketing messaging.

We also focused on her as the entrepreneur and founder. Her time, energy, mindset, habits. The 360 degree entrepreneur.

This is the work I love.

Helping women come back to the heart of what they do.
Helping them find their more clarity in their day to day.
Helping them create messaging that sounds like them.
Helping them build simple, supportive funnels and marketing rhythms that create momentum without draining their life force.

Over these 9 months, Natalie softened the grip of perfectionism, found more trust in her instincts, and began moving with more confidence and more grounded action in her business.

That kind of shift is never just about the company.
It changes how you lead.
How you decide.
How you show up.
How you trust yourself.

And for me, being invited into that kind of transformation is always an honor.

This is the kind of space I hold inside private coaching.
Part strategy.
Part structure.
Part reflection.
Always in service of helping you build a business and a life that feel more like you.

Natalie, it was pure joy to walk this season with you. 🤍

If you are a founder, coach, or creative entrepreneur who knows your business is ready for deeper clarity, stronger messaging, and a more aligned way of growing, send me a DM with the word CLARITY.

I’d love to share what working together looks like.

Sometimes self-care isn’t about finding an hour. It’s about honoring the 10 minutes you do have.

In this clip from my episode ‘Self-Care for Entrepreneurs’ and conversation on The ProMontreal Entrepreneur Podcast for , I share why showing up for even 10 minutes matters. When you keep the appointment with yourself, you build trust with yourself. You keep the momentum going. And that consistency becomes part of an entire life well-lived.

It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. I know we think it has to be.
A short walk, 10 minutes of movement, a few deep breaths, a quick reset… it all matters. It’s all part of the big puzzle.

That’s how motivation is built.
That’s how habits are formed.
That’s how we take care of ourselves in real life.

Why does everything feel a little… flatter lately?

Your coffee is fine. Your downtime is there. The things that used to soothe you still “look” like self-care on paper. And yet, something feels missing.

This week on the blog, I’m talking about something so many women are quietly feeling right now: why life can start to feel less fulfilling when your brain and nervous system are overloaded with constant input, noise, and stimulation.

It’s not that you’re broken.
It’s not that you need to do more.
It may just be that your system needs less.

This one is for you if you’ve been feeling underwhelmed, overstimulated, distracted, or like even rest isn’t fully landing the way it used to.

Read it here: https://ericadiamond.com/why-everything-feels-a-little-less-fulfilling-right-now/

Have you been feeling this too lately?

A theme I have been hearing from more and more clients lately is this: “Why does everything feel a little flat?” The small things that used to feel nourishing, calming, or quietly joyful are not giving them the same exhale. Their coffee tastes fine. Their evening show isn't holding their attenti...

Via The Montreal Entrepreneur Podcast:

Most people don’t burn out because they’re weak.

They burn out because they never learned how to manage their own fire.

Erica Diamond built a company that made Canada’s Profit Hot 50.
She was the only female CEO on that list.

Privately, she was close to burnout.

What stayed with me wasn’t just her story.

It was this:
“Your calendar is a direct reflection of your self-respect and your self-belief.”

That line forces a hard question:
Are you building your life intentionally-or reacting to everything around you?

This conversation is now part of The Vault MTL.
