What exercise gives the V-shape?

In summary, the two key muscle groups we need to build to achieve the V-tapered physique are the shoulders and lats. I've discussed five key exercises to grow these muscles: the barbell overhead press, the dumbbell lateral raise, the pull-up, the pull-down, and the seated cable row.

What muscles does TRX Pike work?

This exercise is terrific for cyclists. It works core stability as well as the abdominal muscles, quadriceps, arms, and shoulders. Because the straps can freely move, you will be forced to use all your secondary stabilizing muscles to maintain good form.
