‼️ REMINDER NO CLASS TONIGHT IN THE WEST ISLAND!

☦️ Just a reminder that all KEFI Fit classes are CLOSED this week as we observe Orthodox Holy Week in preparation for Easter.

Just some info for our members wondering why we’re closed:

• LJA in Laval class is closed today for Easter Monday.

• SS class is held in a community centre where there is church liturgy observing Holy Tuesday. At the request of some members to not disturb church services with our music, I opted to close.

• WI class falls on Holy Thursday which has an important religious significance to staff and some members, therefore we are closed.

Regular schedule resumes in all classes on Monday, April 13.

Have a blessed Holy Week and Easter to Eastern Orthodox Christians observing this holiday.

You know what you won’t get out of my class?

Don’t expect 6-pack abs, don’t expect me to train you for a triathlon, don’t expect me to put you on a weigh loss plan or get you “skinny-mini bikini ready”. ❌

Why? That’s not my program. Go somewhere else for that. What I offer is a platform for people to get in a sweat without being judged. I’m here to welcome you and your job is to have a good time, a good class and surround yourself with good people.

Not for you? No problem! If you don’t fit the above criteria then you won’t last with me anyway!
