Session 2 of our Online Hypnobirthing course is all about putting our hypnobirthing techniques in practice.

We start using different types of breathing, explore visualisations and find relaxations that connects mind and body.

This class is a favorite! Partners get very much involve and mothers-to-be get to relax.

We also talk about how to take care of our body during pregnancy and in preparation for labour.

Our special guess of this session, Jeanne Jeanne Bedard - Dietitian.dietitian] from , joins us totalk about meal preparation ahead of busy times.

She invites us to do a short exercise to reflect on what you currently do and how things will change with your new addition. 💕
