You put time into what you value, friends.
3 years difference. Be patient with yourself.
Some possible helpful tips:
• again, be patient, be consistent even if you don't feel like you see changes. The time passes anyways.
• find something you love. The gym isn't for everyone.
• avoid mind cancer: comparison, complaining, criticism.
• if you don't know what to do, hire someone to help you. I've been working out for years, but having a coach helps tremendously with accountability and the goals you want to achieve.
• love the process. Love your self.
