In this 3-hour online course, Ethan offers a unique transmission of these exercises through videos and presentations. Having personally translated the source material and drawing on over 30 years of experience in gongfu and taiji, he presents a coherent, embodied way to practice the routine—clearly demonstrated, carefully explained, and grounded in lived experience rather than theory alone.
