McGill Students' Chapter of Jack.org A student initiative of Jack.org seeking to break down the stigma and open up the conversation surrounding mental health.

“The McGill Students’ Chapter of Unleash the Noise is a student initiative of Jack.org, a national organization developed to help defeat the stigma around mental health as well as to promote mental well-being. The group runs a variety of events through the year, including various workshops, a support group, as well as the Bridge the Gap Speaker Series. Bringing together passionate indviduals from all corners of McGill, we strive to not only help others find access to support, but to raise awareness about the growing reality of mental illness and its effects in our very own community.”

Hello McGillians!

The Jack.org Chapter will be hosting a hike to Beaver Lake on Mt.Royal. Whether you are looking for a chill way to spend your Sunday morning or searching for a small destresser from the midterm season, we would love for you to join us on November 13th at 11 am.

The meeting place will be in front of the gates to Molson Stadium at 10:45am. Additionally, a small refreshment of hot chocolate will be provided at the end of our hike. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there🌈💫🌲🌼🌎
