Black Lives Living Well Health Fair

Saturday, October 4, 2025, 9 am-4 pm

5660 Upper Lachine Rd., Montreal

Black Lives Living Well was established to promote the health, wellness, and equity of Black communities across Canada. We focus on promoting wellness across all eight dimensions of wellness: Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Spiritual, Social, Environmental, Occupational, and Financial.
On Saturday, October 4th, we are holding our 2nd Annual Black Lives Living Well Health Fair at St. Raymond Community Center, 5660 Upper Lachine Road, Montreal, from 9 am-4 pm. We invite you to join us for a day of wellness, education, and fun focused on the health of our community.

The Black Lives Living Well Health Fair is a vital community initiative focused on improving health outcomes and addressing healthcare disparities within our Black community. It will feature:

Free health screenings and wellness assessments
Educational workshops on preventive care and mental health (schedule to come)
Resource booths from local healthcare providers and social services
And much more

Exciting News! We’re happy to share the Black Lives Living Well Health Fair! This impactful event is dedicated to enhancing health awareness and providing essential resources for the Afro-Canadian community in Quebec.

We will begin the day with When The Village Meditates's Yoga with Tanja (please bring your yoga mats) at 10:15. Followed by information sessions, a workshop on fall prevention and more.
