One Year 🌻

Today marks one year since The ARA Sanctuary officially came to life. One year of growth, change, and incredible connections.

This anniversary also represents an important new chapter, both for me and for the company. I’m deeply grateful for every client who has trusted me with their care and healing. Your support has truly made this journey possible.

All messages, emails, and inquiries are active again and will be answered throughout the week. I’ll also be sharing a list of trusted professionals I personally recommend in Montreal for anyone who may need continued support. Feel free to contact me directly if you’d like to receive it sooner.

Healing is both an art and a science, and it's a journey I’m honored to share with you.

With over 20 years of experience in artistic sports, dance, and performance, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding how the body moves, heals, and thrives, and I am now proud to bring this expertise into my therapeutic practice.

As a certified massotherapist, flexiotherapist, neuroproprioceptive taping specialist (KT Taping), former professional contortionist, dancer, artist, and flexibility and mobility instructor, I combine technical expertise with real-world recovery experience.

My approach goes beyond surface-level relief. I focus on restoring muscle chains, correcting imbalances, improving flexibility, and strengthening mobility to help the body regain lasting strength and ease.

Along the way, I’ve earned diplomas and certifications in fields such as 3D Animation & CGI, Dance, Circus, Languages, and more. I’m currently continuing my education in three additional therapy certifications. Stay tuned for those exciting additions!

I’m so excited to share that I’ve officially earned my certification in Neuro-Proprioceptive Taping! 🌷

This technique is an incredible tool for supporting the body in so many ways, and is adaptable to a variety of needs. It can provide relief for larger issues like sciatica, support smaller joints, and even help improve posture. It’s perfect for athletes, but also for anyone dealing with pain or movement limitations in their daily life.

I’m now offering this service at the AllOstéo clinic, as well as for athletes at Tritton Performance, and even in in-home sessions at the Lowney Condos. My very first blog post, Massotherapy: A Foundational Treatment for Healing and Recovery, is now also up!

In this post, I dive deep into how massotherapy can be a key first step in treating musculoskeletal imbalances, releasing muscle tension, and improving mobility. While massotherapy alone isn't a cure-all, it lays the groundwork for further treatments like flexiotherapy, mobility exercises, and strengthening routines. It's all about setting the stage for lasting recovery and well-being!
