Last week we talked about abandonment. This week, the truth gets harder.
The person you've abandoned most is yourself.
Every ignored instinct. Every silenced desire. Every time you chose "safe" over true.
You taught yourself you can't be trusted.
But here's what I know: the same way you learned NOT to trust yourself, you can learn to trust yourself again.
Not through thinking. Through practice.
