Running doesn't solve your problems, but it helps you face them. 🏃

Hard days are inevitable. Stress, bad news, everything going wrong at once — running won't make any of it disappear. But it makes those hard days easier to handle. You finish a run and the problems are still there, but they don't feel as overwhelming. You're calmer, clearer, and more capable of dealing with whatever's in front of you. Running doesn't change the situation. It changes you — and that's what makes the difference.

When life gets heavy, you don't need everything fixed. You just need the strength to carry it without breaking. That's what running gives you. It won't erase the hard days, but it will make you someone who can handle them. And that's more valuable than any quick fix. 🔥
