Happy Monday, loves! ☁️✨ I know January can sometimes feel a bit long and heavy: some call it ‘Blue Monday,’ but over here at MENTAL ESSENTIALS, we’re doing a total reframe. Welcome to Blue Wellday! 💙
Instead of letting those low-energy days win, I’ve been leaning hard into my favorite rituals to fill my cup back up. For me, that looks like a restorative massage (shoutout to the magic hands at Art of Shu!), some grounding yoga (thank you Yoga with Kesha for keeping me centered!), and of course, getting all those thoughts out of my head and onto paper in my journal. 🧘♀️✍️
There is something so deeply healing about that analog connection. It’s not about being perfect; it’s just about being kind to yourself. 🌿
